You can find it at the end of this thread: https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd/issues/3918 You may even want to just rebuild with the patch, using "enable-static" and "disable-shared", so to obtain a static squatter pacthed, without the need to reinstall all the package. You may just put that static binary renamed somewhere in your sistem and use it instead of the original.
