Re: CalDAV with https + DIGEST-MD5 fails

Even in the same install, with the same config, you should
be able to configure it differently for different services. I
don't exactly remember the specifics (so please cross
reference the documentation), but the approximate shape is
something like this...

Thanks Ellie. I'd actually seen that before, but I assumed, for
some reason, that it only worked with the TLS certificate
settings. I put together some config files that use @include, but
I'll try the prefix thing for sasl_mech_list.

All working with http_sasl_mech_list. Thanks for your assistance.
