SMTP socket wedged

Sorry for the possibly dumb question. Cyrus has shut down and is no longer working after a routine update of  its TLS certificate this morning.

Syslog /var/log/messages and /var/log/maillog:

Cyrus 3.8.0, Sendmail 8.17.1, FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE-p3.
