Don't forget that you need to reload cyrus after a renewal. So something 
like this:

#!/bin/bash

set -u

[ -n "${RENEWED_DOMAINS}" ] || exit 0
[ -n "${RENEWED_LINEAGE}" ] || exit 0

/usr/sbin/service cyrus-imapd reload


somewhere like that:
/etc/letsencrypt/renewal-hooks/deploy/99-cyrus-reload.sh
