I had a peek the source code and it seems that the owner of sieve script is used, which is consistent with: no extra acls for mails delivered to the inbox or a folder by a sieve rule, but for mails that use plus addressing to deliver mail to a subfolder of user's INBOX the users has to set an explicit "anyone" "p" acl on that folder > Of course it's not a big deal, I can live with acl “anyone p” on all my > shared mailbox, it's just I find that very weird. > > >> the delivery binary.
