PS Re: Deleting "ghost" mailboxes that don't correspond to filesystem directories

Here's a minor PS. This is on the *new* IMAP server:

$ cyradm -u cyrus localhost
Password:
localhost> cm archive-shared
createmailbox: Mailbox already exists
localhost> sam archive-shared cyrus all
setaclmailbox: cyrus: lrswipkxtea: System I/O error
localhost> dm archive.shared
deletemailbox: Mailbox does not exist

I love that I get the errors "Mailbox already exists" *and*
"Mailbox does not exist" (as well as "System I/O error") depending
what I'm trying to do! (I don't remember how that mailbox got
semi-created; might have been when I was trying replication. The
same mailbox has the same issue on the old server.)
