I installed the icu via pacman -Syyu and pamac update

Then icu-76.1.1 was installed and cyrus stopped working.

Postfix, pamac and pacman need mandatory icu-76, while cyrus funny enough complains it need .76 when only .75 is installed and .75 when .76 is installed.

Downgrading to icu-75 leads to a little catastrophe and i had to use pamac-static to get icu-76 installed again to use system tools.

The icu-75 links were simply installed by getting the 75.1.1. Packages and copy the links from the package to /usr/lib
