Moving/renaming a mailbox root

Hi, I had a mailbox get autocreated by the delivery of a message and now that mailbox is called /var/spool/imap/uuid/?/?/<guid>. I want to rename it to be /var/spool/mail/j/user/joe (or equivalent). What do I need to do to make this happen?
