Re: upgrading imapd from 3.4.4 to 3.12.1

Not sure if it helps, because my in-place upgrades where mostly 3.8 - 3.10 - 3.12 by upgrading to a newer FreeBSD port, but I've done larger migrations (and skipped bigger steps) by using the replication (sync_client); used ctl_mboxlist -d to dump the users, use sync_client -lvu on those users, and switched servers. Not an in-place upgrade indeed, but with these errors I wouldn't be very certain either (but maybe someone else can chime in).
