You are right, to my knowledge the only util which can use this=20=20
mechanism and is coming with cyrus is imtest :
On Debian :
/usr/ib/cyrus/bin/imtest -p 993 -a "$admin" -w "$pass" -u "$user" "$host"

But it's the netcat of IMAP : you will have to speak raw IMAP with the=20=20
server :

1 GETMETADATA INBOX.Sent "/private/specialuse"

2 SETMETADATA INBOX.Sent ("/private/specialuse" "\\Sent")

Might be=C2=A0easier to implement it in Perl, Python, ...
