Summary: dbmail-imapd does not support special characters in
folder names correctly.
Description:
steps to reproduce:

Create folder with special chars, example: "Üritus".
Create subfolder: "Üritus\test1".
Create subfolder: "Üritus\test2" -> server responds "Mailbox already
exists".

It works when replacing "Ü" with "Y" in first level folder name.
