Summary: IMAPd does not reconnect after database restart
Description:
After database backend (Postgres) has been restarted dbmail-imapd does not
work correctly:
dbmail-imapd[22294]: [0x1febfc0] Error:[db] dm_db_ping(+274): database has
gone away

After database connection lost it should try to reconnect. Possible way is
to set reconnection period and/or timeout.

My bad, it seems already has been fixed in trunk.

It would be nice to be able to set parameters like retry count, rerty
interval.

Database could be inaccessible for a long time (up to few hours).
