Suggestion for dbmail-util, message counter

Hi Paul,

 

I'd like to suggest if possible of course, to have the counter for cache
rebuild like:

 

10.04 % of 100.00% done

or

X  of Y messages done

 

Instead of the "dots" for the cache rebuild.

 

This would give anyone who needs to perform this operation the exact
remaining amount of data/time to the finish.
