Summary:                    Trouble with Attachments (>2MB) in 3.1.13
Description: 
Hi,

after Upgrade to 3.1.13 we get a issu with Attachments (>2MB) - the message
get splitted into a lot of entries in dbmail_partlists, but no entry in
dbmail_header. This parts are show in the mail client - what wents wrong?
