Summary:                    LMTP not send a EOF after finish EMail Transfer
Description: 
I use the combination postfis  3.11 and dbmail 3.2.2 on a 64bit Ubuntu
System. On Version Ubuntu 15.10 there was all fine. After my upgrade to
Ubuntu 16.04 with the same mail configuration I can not deliver any local
email. Postfix Transfer email to lmtp but get not a EOF from lmtp and email
stay in postfix mail Queue.
