DBMail logging revisited

Hello.

A couple months back, I posted about having issues with DBMail's LMTP
server not logging. Since then, I ran into issues getting OpenSMTPD
talking to it and thought it was at fault, but after an exchange on
the OpenSMTPD listserve/issue tracker, the ball appears to be back in
DBMail's court. :)

Ultimately I think I've tracked the issue down. It was likely a
permissions problem. But I had trouble with DBMail's logging.

In particular, despite setting log levels to 255/511, and starting
dbmail-lmtp with -D and -vD, no logs were printed to the console even
after multiple failed sessions where I was able to talk to the server.
Ultimately I debugged the issue by starting dbmail-lmtp in the
background in a container, installing telnet/vim to update config
files and run an LMTP session by hand, and studying the
/var/log/dbmail.* logs. But it'd be a lot easier if I could make
DBMail output its logs to stdout/stderr so Docker can have access to them.

I'm posting a link to a tarball. It contains my Dockerfile, config
file, and 2 systemd units that I'm using to start LMTP/IMAP servers
under CoreOS. I'm not setting a CMD in the Dockerfile since there are
lots of DBMail entrypoints (IMAP/LMTP/spinning up a shell to
administer users) and picking one seems a bit silly. If anyone can
poke this setup and figure out if I can make it log to the console,
that'd be helpful. Please let me know if I can provide anything else.

Thanks!
