Found another interesting one.

In the linked Docker setup, if errorlog is commented out then LHLO
silently fails and kills the connection. With it uncommented, I can
get a log and delivery from OpenSMTPD seems to work.

Can anyone else confirm? Wondering if this is due to the Docker
container not providing syslog? I'd hoped that starting with -v, which
the help claims logs to STDOUT/STDERR, would circumvent this.
