I Try to install dbmail-3.2.1 on test mailserver.

Please help to resolve 3 troubles.
Is this centos problems or dbmail bugs?

All three troubles present in dbmail-3.2.1, dbmail-3.2.0 and dbmail-3.1.17.

I have server with dbmail-2.2.12 on CentOS 5 x86_64 - this server works
