Dovecot provided binary packages for Debian 13 includes 
experimental-imap4rev2 feature. I can't see experimental-mail-utf8.

I'd like to give a try on imap4rev2 feature in a (small) production 
dovecot setup. This is an IMAPS server with LMTP for postfix delivery. I 
can provide config if useful.
Is there any problem with enabling and disabling this feature in real life?
