Hi Peter,
in [general] section of .offlineimaprc there is a setting
"maxsyncaccounts". Check if this value is set correctly.
Alternatively (and AFAIK preferrably to previous solution), you can run
multiple offlineimap processes, each dedicated to one account only:
offlineimap -a account1
offlineimap -a account2
...
offlineimap -a account6
