Based on how I see people use email these days, there's frankly some truth
to that.  I dearly wish our campus had deployed some kind of decent
"digital drop box" software and then trained our customers in how to use
it.  It's too late for that now; people have already become accustomed to
using email as the sole method for digital file distribution.
