OK, but how do I add MySQL with the package php5-imap (Sorry I forgot too mention my configuration)

OK Yiorgos, but how do I get the following options with the package php5-imap? Sorry I forgot to post this configuration on the previous message. 
 
./configure\ 
--with-apxs2=/usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs --with-mysql\ 
--prefix=/usr/local/apache2/php --enable-force-cgi-redirect\ 
--disable-cgi --with-zlib --with-imap=/usr/local/imap-2007a\ 
--with-imap-ssl=/usr/local/openssl --with-libxml-dir=/usr/local/libxml2
