I still get the logs below, doesn't look like its talking to LDAP at all,

Do not use these.  Comment these out and use LDAP_AUTHBIND.  Courier 
doesn't know how to do SSHA natively, so we'll just bind to the ldap 
server to serve as auth.

This is configurable in jamm.properties.  By default its root.
