Nothing for virtual accounts.  It was added to the howto mostly to say
"one of our requirements was to not break support for non-virtual
users."  It really is not related to the rest of jamm and should
probably be stricken.

I have patches that I have yet to integrate.  (Been a busy few months
there.)  But quota is coming.

I shall actually be doing a release sometime in the next two weeks
with UTF-8 support so extended characters will work for CN fields as
well as fix a bug that keeps catchalls on when a domain is marked for
deletion.
