Rigging AV/Anti-UCE measures with Jamm Config

There are so many configurations of Antivirus/Anti-UCE. Amavis, Spamassassin, spamD, bayes, etc.. Most of these rely on a local_transport bounce around, some require file system table lookups which we have put in ldap (jamm).. Who has a series of these guys working together and would you share your thoughts or configs or some pointers on having it all dance together? I'm trying to spearhead the effort with intel before I just start blindly.
