small issues, ideas for howto guide

Hi

during the install of jamm 0.9.6 and following the howto guide i 
discovered a few problems, that could be mentioned in the howto

1. I had a problem connecting my courier imap to my ldap. The solution 
was to add allow "bind_v2" to slapd.conf since this is appeently not 
default in newer ldap versions, but courier uses version.

2. it would be nice with some more information on how to secure against 
relaying. Does anyone out there have a guide to that ?

3. A guide to integrating anti-spam/virus into this.

4. The guide could describe better how to tighten security, like having 
courier-imap and ldap to only listen for local connections(127.0.01)
