jammCleaner exception

I get an error with jammCleaner (Jamm 0.9.6)

I call jammCleaner through a shell script scheduled with cron
This is what I do:

su - vmail -c "(date; bin/jammCleaner -v -b o=hosting,dc=midhgard,dc=it 
-D cn=greatcucumber,dc=midhgard,dc=it -w blabla -y -B 
deleted_mailboxes/) >> log/jammCleaner.log"

(all on one line)

This is what I (sporadically) get:

If there is a mailbox to be deleted it is, but the error is reported. 
About 50% of jammCleaner runs I don't get any error.

In my previous post I forgot to specify wich java packages I use:

ii  j2re1.3                     1.3.1.02b-2                 Blackdown
