The ldap servers are probably compiled against different versions of
gdbm and/or db and aren't compatible in how the files are laid out.
The safest thing is to do an ldapsearch to dump out an ldif and then
do an ldapadd on the new server.

I've actually been doing such a migration myself.  Although, I'm
moving existing domains from a server to another server that's already
set up with jamm hosting stuff.
