cant get jamm working -- help

Hi,
i'm new to jamm, i've been following the jamm, ldap, postfix, dovecot
howto and reached till then end but i cant get jamm to start, when i go to
http://localhost:8080/jamm i get this message



HTTP Status 404 - /jamm

type Status report

message /jamm

description The requested resource (/jamm) is not available.
Apache Tomcat/5.0.28

i don't know what is the problem, i tried the sample servelets that come
with tomcat and they seem to work, so i take it that tomcat and java works
fine

can anyone shed some light
