Maildir subfolders

Hi!

I just started using etpan, and while it seems a little weird to use at some
points, the screenshots really convinced me!

I have a couple of questions:

 - My courier-maildir has lots of subfolders, which I cannot see after
adding the maildir-folder like in the quickstart-howto
("/home/user/.maildir/"). When I select that folder, only the messages in
INBOX are shown. Will I have to create a folder in the folder tree
configuration for every maildir-subfolder (/home/user/.maildir/.spam,
/home/user/.maildir/.news, /home/user/.maildir/.news.cnn etc.)?!

 - Can I disable threading in the listview?

 - Can I add the message's dates to the listview?

 - Can I have the folders to the left and the corresponding listview on the
right?

Is there alsmost no documentation available? Or did I miss something?

p.s: On the first start, etpan exied with some error unable to initalize, I
had to manually create .libetpan/tmp for etpan to work.
