Summary: seperate configuration on newline instead of id= lines

Initial Comment:
Configuration currently is stored as blocks seperated
both by newline and id= lines, though internally the
seperation is done on the id= lines...

It is though easier to understand the block seperator
be newline, and the id= part doesn't make too much
sense anyway; is it used internally for ordering? Why
not create it on parsing automatically so the ordering
in the file is taken automatically? We could drop the
id= line then completely.

 Thanks for considering :)
Alfie
