libetpan could not parse strange string of From field in message header from Gmail IMAP server response

Hi, libetpan users

I use readmsg sample code to receive one message from Gmail IMAP account
It could not print From field
I see the libetpan log to trace
find out the From field in this message is
From: =?ISO-8859-1?Q?"DINH_Vi=EAt_Ho=E0"_<[email protected]>?=

Is it incorrect format?
