Forwarding / attaching email messages...

I'm having issues forwarding emails.

I get one of two outcomes, either I get a crash when trying to write out a mailmime using mailmime_write_mem() or I get a badly formed email successfully written out.

I've got a code listing, showing the different methods I've tried for attaching an email....

Method 1 crashes outputting the message as text
Method 2 doesn't seem to create enough of MIME header for the attached message
Method 3 produces too much MIME header (Two Content-Type: message/rfc822 lines)
Method 4 crashes outputting the message as text

Am I going about this in the right way?
