Initial Comment:
When EtPan fails to open mailbox on startup (eg. because of non existant path to user maildir) than when you want to change sub-app (eg. show help) you got segfault.

I do not have any configuration yet.
My .libetpan folder do not contain any file, just folders:
.libetpan/
.libetpan/tmp/
.libetpan/tmp/mime/
.libetpan/log/
.libetpan/config/
.libetpan/config/smime/
.libetpan/config/smime/cert/
.libetpan/cache/
.libetpan/cache/default-mbox/
.libetpan/cache/default-mbox/%2fvar%2fmail%2fgolemj/
.libetpan/flags/
.libetpan/flags/default-mbox/
.libetpan/flags/default-mbox/%2fvar%2fmail%2fgolemj/

Strange things is that it throws segmentation fault every time even if
mail file exist and contain data.
