Summary: libetpan fails to compile on solaris

Initial Comment:
libetpan fails to compile on solaris. This is due to a missing setenv, getopt_long and a non-gnu date command.
I also noticed, that it is not possible to disable ipv6 support of which solaris 2.8 lacks.

The attached patch fixes these issues.
