Initial Comment:
The attached patch implements the IMAP QUOTA extension as defined in RFC2087. To achieve this, I had to make mailimap_atom_parse() and mailimap_number_parse() global (they were formerly declared static), since the QUOTA grammar refers to these elements. Also, this is against the libetpan-0.58 tarball (rather than CVS) because I don't know how to get autotools to work right. The patch appears to apply successfully to CVS with some harmless fuzz.
