Initial Comment:
The generic mailsession_append_message() allows to
append a message to a mailbox but it does not allow to
set the initial flags of this message. It is even not
possible to get the reference (UID or alike) of the
appended message to set its flags afterwards.

As appending a message with initial flags could be done
on any IMAP and MH mailboxes (and perhaps also when
using any cached drivers), I'll suggest adding a new
functions:
mailsession_append_message_full(session, data, size,
flags, date_time)

thus using the complete possibilities of IMAP and MH
mailboxes. 

This function should not fail if the driver does not
support flags or the date_time info.

This function is useful for copying messages from one
mailbox to another unrelated mailbox, or for saving
draft messages or for saving the sent message.
