Summary: imap_mailstorage_init() segfaults on null pointers

Initial Comment:
imap_mailstorage_init() seems to segfault if given some
null pointers.

#0  0x40070e59 in imap_mailstorage_init (storage=0x0,
    imap_servername=0x400825c8 "G\a@p\020\a@",
imap_port=0, imap_command=0x0,
    imap_connection_type=0, imap_auth_type=1074275784,
imap_login=0x0, imap_password=0x0,
    imap_cached=1, imap_cache_directory=0x804cc50
"/tmp/xxx/tmp") at imapstorage.c:143

-> It should check the pointers before trying to use them.
