Bug 778 Related to conversion from MH based email to Mahogany

I just added the above bug to the Bugzlist on behalf of a user over in the
News.GRC.COM community. They represent calid comments from someone
considering converting from Sylpheed Claws to Mahogany. I actually had the
exact same probs when I did exactly that on coming over to M so have added
them for consideration.

I have encouraged the user to add himself as a CC to the bug.

In summary, we need a better / more intuitive way to import MH messages and
also to make Windows more like Unix for default folder location. In Unix we
make a .M folder and put our stuff in it. In Windows, we dup all our stuff
in the root of the user profile which is probably not terribly friendly.

I also wonder if we can't be a bit smarter in the Folder/Import File Folders
for single messages in not just making a folder out of each message. Maybe
where we see a bunch of files we can create a folder and put them all in it?
