 In general, when you get errors ike this, they're really simple to fix:
in 99% it means that some header is not included under Unix (it is included
under Windows via Mpch.h which is only used for the compilers supporting
precompiled headers). For example, in this case it was missing
wxIconManager.h include -- added now.
