upgrade to imap 2004: Unix compilation broken

Hello, just a quick note to say that I'm in a middle of upgrading to UW IMAP 2004 release (from the currrent pre-2002 one). The new version of the library is in lib/imap as I couldn't import it properly in extra/src/imap which already contained a very old (2000) version on a side branch. I didn't have time to update Unix makefiles yet so they still use the version in extra/src/c-client (which will disappear soon) but the code has already been updatedto use the new version, so for now you should use the tag last_with_imap2002 for the files in src/mail directory if you want to compile under Unix.
