[Bug 888] New filters entered wrongly into config file

A similar problem has arisen when adding a new folder. I have included the 
relevant section of the config file below, and it is quite easy to see what has 
happened. I have also attached a schreenshot of the error popup that gets 
popped up when starting Mahogany.
