Hello, I've fixed Unix compilation and it works for me under Linux both when building out of the tree (preferred) and in the source tree. Please let me know of any problems. As a side effect of latest changes the compilation with mingw32/cygwin might be [more] broken than before, sorry for this but I really don't have time to test and fix this myself right now.
