Viewer filter for UUencoded files

Hi all,

I just committed a viewer filter that allows to treat UU encoded
files like any other Mime part. Several files in the same message
are handled correctly. The files are decoded and either displayed
inline (if it's an image, or a text) or presented as an attachment.

It works for me, but I only have a set of 4 messages all from the same
Microsoft Exchange user. So maybe there are problems with files sent
from other sources. Please let me know.

Vadim, could you please update the build system by including the
UUdecode.cpp file? Thanks.
