Summary: rpm installation problem (= problem with directory
                    mahogany, and Mahogany)
           Product: Mahogany
           Version: 0.66
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: Build/Compile/Install (*IX)
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]

As a possible new user, I downloaded the rpm package and installed it as follows
(as root user):

# rpm -Uvh mahogany-0.66-0.i386.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
   1:mahogany ########################################### [100%]
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.36296: line 2: /usr/local/share/Mahogany/M.conf: No such file
or directory
error: %post(mahogany-0.66-0) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

Afterwards, running it from the shell, gives following message regurarly:
sox: Can't open input file '/usr/local/share/Mahogany/newmail.wav': No such file
or directory

The directory /usr/local/share/mahogany exists, so I created a symbolic link
Mahogany to it, and that seems to have solved it

In the miscellaneous properties the directory mahogany is used with small and
with capital letter.
