Bugs still in Windows snapshot

	The bug I mentioned a couple days ago still seems to exist in the
latest snapshot.  I get no response from the "OK" and "Apply" buttons
inside a folder's properties dialog; all I can do is Cancel.  This is a
major problem, since it means I can't change any folder settings.  (The
global preferences dialog, though, seems to work fine.)

	Also, I can't find any rhyme or reason for this, but Mahogany just
locks up every once in a while.  I'll just be reading my mail normally,
and the screen will freeze.  I can task-switch out to another app, and
then if I switch back I see the screen in a weird state where some of
the GUI widgets like the menu bar have disappeared.  I haven't seen
any pattern to this, but it seems like a pretty serious issue.
