Dutch translation and current development status of Mahogany

Hello mahogany-developers,

I see the Dutch translation hasn't been updated in quite a while. I
could help. However, how is the development status of Mahogany? Is it
actively being developed? Are there any dates set for the milestones
as described in the roadmap?
