It seems you did not compare exactly the same input with the two
different GPG  versions: the dates for the signatures are not the same
(the time, at least).

Anyway, I agree with Vadim that this should probably just be ignored. My
understanding is that this tag (PLAINTEXT 74 0) describes the type of
the signed data. We don't really mind about that...
