Compilation problems using MSVC6

Hi, I get problems related to linkage.h not being found. I added lib\imap\src\osdep\nt to the include path but I'm not sure that's the way to go? The archive mentions something about linkage.h being generated (using a custom build step) but I don't think that applies anymore? (nt/linkage.h is in CVS). After that error it can't find osdep.h (from include\mcclient.h:25), I only have a non-usable one at lib\imap\src\osdep\mac. What am I doing wrong?
