Unix compilation fixed

 Hello,

 I've just rebuilt M under Linux using the latest wx cvs. I had to fix a
few things but after this it compiled fine, not counting warnings from
dspam about CONFIG_HOME but they're harmless. I didn't have the problem
with __extension__ when building dspam reported by Mark so I don't know if
this one is still present. In the worst case, you can always configure it
--without-dspam to disable it completely.
